The POST Research Institute (POST RI) is a non-governmental organization based in Nicosia, Cyprus, founded in 2002 by a collective of independent intellectuals. POST RI is dedicated to promoting peace, human rights, gender equality, and critical education through research, dialogue, and community engagement. The organization works to challenge social divisions, foster reconciliation, and empower communities by providing inclusive educational programs, public discussions, and creative initiatives.

Through projects like Education for a Culture of Peace and the Peace Mural, POST RI encourages youth and diverse communities to engage in conversations around conflict transformation, gender justice, and multicultural understanding. By combining academic research with grassroots activism, the institute plays a key role in advocating for social justice and democratic participation in Cyprus and beyond.
